Fraternity suing Colgate University

The fraternity suing Colgate University is calling for an investigation by the Madison County District Attorney.

Delta Kappa Epsilon's lawyer has asked District Attorney Donald Cerio to consider criminal charges against the college. He alleges that they forced all Greek organizations to sell their houses to Colgate or not be recognized.

The University maintains that it has not done anything wrong and Cerio is currently reviewing the information.
